## Pro access

For monitors and their clients. When a large company is sold or wound down under the CCAA, its Slack or Microsoft Teams archive can be one of the assets realised.

### What we can do

- **An asset that is rarely listed** — the Slack or Microsoft Teams archive, internal documentation and project histories of a company that employed 50 people or more at its peak. Specialised buyers license this kind of data for AI training.
- **Who decides** — the company under the monitor's oversight, a purchaser of the business, or a trustee if the proceeding ends in bankruptcy. Internal messages contain personal data of former employees: whether and how they can be transferred is a legal question for them and the buyer (PIPEDA and provincial laws), not something this site can settle or promise.
- **For a firm's caseload** — monitoring firms handle several proceedings a year: one conversation can cover all of them.
- **What we do** — tell us which company and roughly how many people it employed; we answer with whether it fits and what to do next. We are paid by the buyer if a partnership is signed, never by the company or the estate.

Priced case by case: tell us what you need and we answer with a sample and a figure.

### Not sure the company qualifies? Ask first

Three things are enough: the company, roughly how many people it employed at its peak, and whether a Slack or Teams archive still exists. No payment is taken on this site.

Every request is answered by hand. Your details are used to reply and nothing else — see the [privacy page](/privacy.md).
