Which companies

Every company named in the three public CCAA lists of the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy, one record per company. Groups filed together appear under the names given in the list. Schools, health and care providers are left out.

The monitor

The monitor is the licensed insolvency firm the court appoints to oversee the proceeding. This site shows the firm only, never the individual representative named in the list.

What is not here

How each proceeding ended, the amounts owed, the creditors, and the names of any individual.
